As the Vice President of People & Culture, Lawton Samuels feels there is always room to improve the customer and employee experience. Lawton brings over 20 years of progressive human resources experience, including talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, cultural development, employee relations, and development.
He is an engaged member of the Society of Human Resources Professionals (SHRM) with a Senior Certified Professional Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) certification, a Certified 401(k) Plan Fiduciary (C(k)PF) designation, and a Human Resource Management Certificate from George Mason University’s Executive and Professional Education Program.
Lawton is a graduate of George Mason University with Postgraduate Studies in Business Administration at American University.
