Your New Payment Portal Is Here

CHAP is here for you—with tools and support that respect your time and help you stay focused on what matters most.

We’ve launched our new Versapay Customer Portal, giving you a streamlined way to view your account, make payments, and access your payment history—all in one secure, self-service space.

With Versapay, you can:

  • Submit payments online
  • Download invoices
  • Track your account balance and payment history in real time

You should have received an email from no-reply@versapay.com with instructions to activate your account. If not, check your spam folder and add the address to your safe sender list to stay up to date.

CHAP still accepts payment via check, but we strongly encourage you to activate your account so you have visibility of your invoicing and payment details.
