Community Grand Rounds

Grand rounds are an integral component of medical education. It helps doctors and other healthcare professionals keep up to date in important evolving areas which may be outside of their core practice.

In the hospital or health system, they are hosted in an auditorium or symposium for everyone to gather and continue their learning.

In community-based care, agencies and organizations are mobile and span different states and communities – with no auditorium to gather in to learn and earn CE credits.

The CHAP Community Grand Rounds Series empowers in-home health care professionals to achieve their mission by reaching the highest quality care, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.

We made this program virtual, and on-demand, to fit the pace and schedule of your role. Please enjoy this free series, and forward a link to this page to anyone in your network or organization. Review the information below, and click the button to register and start the on-demand course.
