CHAP LinQ Online Application Process

The Application is the first step for any agency seeking accreditation.  If you have not done so already, please take a few minutes to review the entire Accreditation Process.  The Application/Contract (Step 1) is the first of 6 steps in our process.  This overview will give you an overall understanding of what you can expect at each step and CHAP’s requirements for each step.  

If your organization would like to receive an accreditation cost estimate prior to completing the online application, please email info@chapinc.org before proceeding with the online account creation/online application process.

Please note: The CHAP LinQ Online Application for Accreditation is not a registration system for the CHAP LinQ Online Self Study. Agencies not currently contracted with CHAP must first complete the CHAP LinQ Application for Accreditation and complete the contract process prior to accessing a self study. Agencies currently contracted with CHAP will receive an email with log in information to begin the Self Study or please contact your Customer Relations Representative about getting started.
